“Friendly staff and good restaurants nearby.”

“We spent one night. We arrived after 10pm. There was nobody at reception, just a kiosk with which you checked in. It had a screen with which you talked with someone remotely and it printed your room key cards. Interesting tech, but a woeful customer experience. Our room was clean but shabby. I wasn’t comfortable walking around in bare feet on the carpet. Guest amenities like the coffee and tea service were low end budget quality. “The attendant was very courteous and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had stayed there a few years ago. We will probably stay there again if we to stay there again. The price was very reasonable.”

“There are 2 properties, a motel and a hotel. This is NOT clear when you are making a reservation thru Expedia. The motel is older. The beds are super low. The shower is small. You have to drive to the hotel to eat breakfast and check in/out. The breakfast was good with hot items. The pool was closed which is one of the reasons I chose the hotel. Very disappointing.”
